Almawakeb International School: Fee Structure and Payment Information

Registration Fee:

• A one-time, non-refundable fee of 500 applies to all students.
• This fee supports ongoing campus development, including sports facilities, park areas, technology improvements, and library resources.

Payment Options:

• Full Payment Discount: Pay the full year's tuition to receive10% discount.
• Installment Plan: Spread your tuition payments across 3 to 4 installments.

• Important Notes:

• Tuition fees do not include:
• Bus transportation
• Health/Medical Insurance
• School uniform & textbooks
• Educational field trips payable to Bus company.

• Fees are payable in USD to our kuveyt türk account. Details are provided below.
• Students must be registered each academic year, and all outstanding fees from previous years must be settled before enrollment.

Late Payment Policy:

• Late payments for installments 1, 2, and 3 will incur 5% surcharge.
• Students with outstanding payments 14 days past the due date may be denied entry to school until the balance is settled.

Refund Policy:

• Application and Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No refunds will be issued for absences.
• Partial refunds for unused tuition fees may be considered at the school's discretion upon student withdrawal during the academic year. Specific conditions apply:
• A minimum 90-day written notice of withdrawal must be submitted by registered post to the Director of Admissions.
• The student must be absent from the remaining school term.
• Refunds will be issued after deducting the cost of, materials, exam fees, prepaid taxes, and registration fees.

Discounts:

• Educational Discount: A 5% discount is available for children of teaching staff from other schools and universities.
• Sibling Discount: Families with multiple siblings enrolled for over a year qualify for a sibling discount. The discount applies to each sibling in the order of enrolment, with a maximum discount of 10% for the second child onwards.
• Students receiving a sibling discount are not eligible for other discounts.
• Sibling discounts are subject to change without notice upon Board approval.
